My journey with Avis UAE, one of the leading transportation companies under the MHAO Group, began in 2011 as a Rental Sales Agent. In just a year, I was promoted to Supervisor in 2012, and by 2015, I advanced to the role of Manager. After a short break during the COVID-19 pandemic, I returned to the company in 2022 as a supervisor and was once again promoted to Manager in 2024. MHAO is a company that truly recognizes dedication and rewards performance. It is a place where personal growth is not only possible but encouraged for those who show commitment and capability. Employee ideas are not only heard but genuinely valued and often put into action. What I appreciate most is the strong sense of teamwork—despite challenges, everyone comes together with a shared goal to help the company succeed.
